As you climb the stairs from the sitting room, as mentioned you find a balcony with view of the sitting room, a door to the storage room, and also the access to a modern yet cozy mezzanine.

The mezzanine is an ideal place to read or work with your computer. It is endowed with an ample desk, with two different lamps, and also with a large bookcase.
Beyond the mezzanine, and separated by a glass door, you can see the loft of the first double bedroom, where an additional single bed can be added.

The mezzanine is part of the higher floor of the apartment, which includes a beautiful designer corridor, two bedrooms (double and single), and a bathroom.
The high corridor in endowed with particularly elegant old-fashioned "graniglia" floors. It is a type of rare Italian floor, made of little marble pieces, resembling a mosaic, and kept together by a peculiar type of cement. As you can see, in the middle of the floor there is also a long glass slab, which gives luminosity also to the corridor of the entry of the apartment (in fact you can see it there in the ceiling).
On the left side of the corridor you find a very ample designer wardrobe. It includes many shelves, drawers and also hanging pegs.
The washroom is obtained with clever design from the interspace of the roof, and is accessed from a charming sliding door. |

As you can see in the top right photo, a washroom is obtained with clever design from the hollow space of the roof, and it is accessed from the mezzanine by means of a nice sliding door. The washroom includes the washing machine.
