PENTHOUSE PRESENTATION INDEX

The apartment is endowed with two expansive panoramic terraces. The lower one is just perfect to socialize, to have meals "al fresco". The panoramic photo below gives you a general view of this terrace. PLEASE ALLOW 3-6 SECONDS TO DOWNLOAD THE PHOTO.

IF YOU CAN'T SEE THE PANORAMA, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE JAVA PLUG-IN: IT IS SECURE AND IT TAKES A FEW SECONDS.

PLEASE GO TO THIS PAGE: Once there, click "Agree and start free download", then click "RUN" and follow the simple instructions.

A general panoramic view of the lower terrace. The sitting area is to the right, and the two dining areas are in the centre and left side.

A most pleasant feature is that you can have every time a meal in one of the three different panoramic tables of the terraces (two of the lower one, one of the higher one, which you can see indistinctively on the left side of the above panoramic photo). So every time you can have a different taste of Rome.

The two doors to the left pertain to the 5th bedroom (with its bathroom), and to the second kitchen, enabling to cook in the terrace without bringing the meals from the lower kitchen.

One of the two tables of the lower terrace to dine "al fresco", amidst stunning views of all Rome's domes.

The sitting area of the lower terrace, with three ample sofas.

The second dining table, closer to the second kitchen, and to the highest terrace.

The roof garden has many plants, including fruit plants (lemon tree, small oranges, a nectarine etc.). The photo shows the ripe nectarines.

The corner with a little table and a round tray with Arabian tea cups with fresh mint picked from the roof garden.

In this VIEWER below you can see all the sights, monuments, hills and churches that can be seen from the terraces of the attic.

Please be a little patient as the photo is a large file, it takes appr. 10 seconds to download. To see all the sights of the panorama, just put the mouse over the photo, and while pressing it, move it to the left or right (or also up and down!), and the photo will rotate accordingly.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS 360 DEGREE PHOTO WAS TAKEN WITH WIDE ANGLE LENS, SO THE SIGHTS ARE ACTUALLY A LOT CLOSER AND MORE VISIBLE WHEN YOU WILL BE IN THE TERRACES! CLICK HERE TO SEE ALL THE SIGHTS YOU CAN SEE!

Among the countless sights you can see (as you look counter-clockwise): the Altar of the Fatherland (Victor Emmanuel monument), the Church of Jesus, Palazzo Altieri, the Quirinale Palace (the palace of the Popes, then of the King of Italy, now of the President), the Church of Santissimo Nome di Maria (St. Mary Holiest name), the Torre delle Milizie, the shell-wise dome of St. Ivo alla Sapienza, Piazza Navona St. Agnes church (dome and belfry), the Antonina Column in Piazza della Colonna, Palazzo Montecitorio (seat of the Italian Parliament), the Collegio Germanico, the Church St. Apollinare, the Church Chiesa della Pace, the belfry of the Church Santa Maria dell'Anima, the Church of St. Carlo al Corso, the Villa Malta, the Borghese Gardens, Villa Medici (French Academy), the Pincio Gardens, the Palace of Justice, the Monte Mario hill and its Observatory, Castel St. Angelo, the Farnesina Palace, the Church of San Salvatore in Lauro, the Vatican Palaces (including those with the Sistine Chapel), St. Peter's Basilica, the Tower Clock (Torre dell'Orologio by Francesco Borromini), the Janiculum Hill (lighthouse of Manfredi, the statue of Garibaldi overlooking Rome, St. Peter in Montorio, the Pauline Fountain), the Church Chiesa Nuova, the Church of St. Paul at the EUR, the Church of St. Brigida, Palazzo Farnese - and many others - naturally, also lots of old Rome's roofs!
