You are thinking about coming to Rome and have an apartment near all the sites? Why not an
attic where from you can SEE THEM ALL! Welcome to a corner of Paradise! Up there, amids
the skies and clouds of Rome, you truly can embrace the Eternal City. This attic
is so beautiful and with so many aspects that we prepared two pages for it:
| The interior of the attic is 80 square meters (app. 870 Sq. Ft.). It is situated at the 4th floor
*with elevator*, an amenity which is a rarity in Rome's highly historical and central areas, especially for roof top apartments, which can normally be reached only on foot.
The elevator brings to the last floor, and to reach the penthouse one needs to climb however app. 14 steps, which are a little steep (as the palace dates back to the Renaissance).
The sitting room of the apartment is situated on its higher part, and from its large windows one can have spectactular views of all Rome's domes. So as you read your guide book, or simply relax with your friends sipping your tea, you are surrounded by all Rome's sights, which you can directly see. |

Let's take a step back, and see the interior of the apartment just past the entry door.

Past the entry door there is an ample foyer of the apartment,
and a corridor leading to the
centre of the penthouse and to all its rooms.
As you can see, it is well decorated
with paintings. It is a very bright and cozy space. |

Past the corridor you enter the first living room of the apartment. It is also a place where to have breakfast and meals. In fact the living room is endowed with a kitchenette, which is concealed under the stairs leading to the panoramic sitting room.
The kitchenette is small, but well equipped and furnished. It is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, two electric stoves, an under-counter fridge (with a small freezer).
From the living room, through a panoramic corridor one reaches the two double bedrooms.
The corridor is endowed with large panoramic glass windows, where from you can see the Church of Santa Maria della Pace, the court behind it, and also the roofs and palaces of the Piazza Navona area. |

The two bedrooms are elegant and panoramic. The matrimonial bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the twin beds room has its own separate bathroom. Both are endowed with toilet, bidet, sink, shower enclosure. They are spotless and immaculate. The walls are decorated
with fine tiles. We will soon publish photos about them.
EQUIPMENT
The apartment has independent heating, colour TV,
air conditioning (very efficient, "split"
with external engine and internal blower), American electric coffee percolator (naturally
also Italian coffee pots).
This apartment is rented only to careful and considerate tenants,
kindly.
