The master bedroom is most charming.
It is situated near the sitting room, in the higher floor.
The room is bright, and its large window overlooks a most silent secluded court of the palace. It is endowed with both light courtains (for privacy), and also with thick metal shutters (to obtain darkness).
The double bed has the standard Italian size: width 180 x length 190 cm = 71 x 75 inches (5 inches smaller on each side of US king size beds).
The header of the bed is made of fine tapestry.
You also find a mirror, fine paintings, cupboards, and a bookcase.

This room is equipped now with quality and silent air conditioning.
As you can see, the floors are wooden (French: parquet), and the tiles follow a peculiar pattern (herringbone pattern, in Italian "a spina di pesce").
Recently this room was equipped with silent air conditioning, with internal blower (not visible in this photo, it was put later) and silent external engine.
You can control the temperature with a remote control, for every conditioner. |
