The dining room and the kitchen are most elegant, bright, well furnished and with excellent fittings and decor, just like the entire property. They are also large, with a surface of 36 Sq. Mt. or app. 380 Sq. Ft., unobtainable in Rome's centre nowadays (only this room has the size of most apartments for rent in Rome!)

The kitchen is very spacious, with brand new furniture / equipment.

The sitting area of the kitchen is ample, bright and endowed with beautiful views from its large windows. It is also endowed with a large table with high chairs. The table is actually also a furniture, with big drawers, where pans, pots and appliances are stored. |
In the following photos you can see the equipment of the kitchen, which is complete and new.

KITCHEN APPLIANCES: In this photo we opened on purpose the doors of the fridge, freezer and of the dishwasher. Also the (modern) traditional oven can be seen. The other appliances that can also be seen in the photos are (from left to right): toaster and blender/mixer (on the kitchen table in the photo), electric American coffee percolator, orange squeezer, microwave oven-griller, electronic scales (flat, in front of the microwave oven), tea kettle and Italian coffee pot (on the fires). You can also notice the beautiful tiles near the fires and the sink, and also of the floor. |

The apartment book is very complete, it includes a section with the proper apartment operating instructions of the utilities and of other functions, and also a section with travel / tourist tips and suggestions centred on the famous location.
