Positano seen from the sea, and at dawn with sea view

The Amalfi Coast is a world-acclaimed and an astounding, marvellous area. It is also a UNESCO world heritage protected site. Words can hardly describe its beauty, yet some photos might help.

Positano seen from its marina, in morning hours. Towards the left you see the marine reserve leading to the island of Capri. In the middle of the photo you see the picturesque town with its houses and hotels perched on the hill, and the lovely church near the beach. Towards the right you see the coast leading to Praiano and to Amalfi.
The view rotates alone, but you can also use the < and > controls. You can also zoom in and out using the + and - controls.

The opposite panoramic photo shows Positano at dawn, seen from a terrace of one of its hotels.

Dawn in Positano, view from a terrace: you can see from the right the high hills sloping down to the sea, the little town centre, the homes and the hotels perched on the cliffs, the imposing and picturesque Santa Maria Assunta church with the dome tiled with characteristic majolica, the sandy beach with the early morning tourists, and finally the marvellous emerald sea, dotted with boats and yachts. In the sea, to the right, you can see indistinctly the islands "Li galli" (The cocks), on the way to the major island Capri.

The view rotates alone, but you can also use the < and > controls. You can also zoom in and out using the + and - controls.
