The apartment includes a kitchen with the fires, sink, many
cupboards, a washing machine (drying too), a refrigerator,
and all the utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffe pots
etc.). There is also an iron with iron board

The passage

As mentioned in previous page, a passage space brings
to the master bedroom and to the bathroom. In the photo
to the right you can see it better. There is an old clock,
a clothes hook, and a little carpet. |

The bathroom includes a bathtub with hand-held shower,
and all the normal elements (sink, etc.). It is also adorned
with paintings (right photo). |
The equipment includes:
- telephone
- intercom with security camera
- colour TV with satellite dish (to watch CNN, BBC etc)
and video-recorder (for VHS cassettes, and PAL system, not
the NTSC American system)
- stereo (cassette deck, tuner, CD player)
- washing machine also drying
- iron
- iron board
- In summer there is also air conditioning

property and travel guidance before renting, check-in/out and assistance during the rental.
We are based in Rome, and we also prepare
many side services and daily excursions.
